I have hand spun a natural New Zealand soft fine merino. It is in a soft delicate grey cloud color. This fiber comes from a Canterbury hill country farm where they selectively breed their sheep for the yarn market. The yarn is super soft and non itchy Great for next to skin garments. I always use a 5mm knitting needle to get a lovely lightweight fabric. Quality yarn grown naturally here in outdoors Aotearoa New Zealand.
